I usually try to write about health, fitness, and nutritional topics that may interest people. However, this week I decided to write about all the things we have going on at Pro Physical Therapy. God has truly blessed us by allowing us to open our physical therapy practice and to be a part of a very supportive community. When we opened Pro Physical Therapy last September our goal was to provide the highest quality physical therapy treatment and to promote health and fitness within the community and area. We have added several fitness classes to our schedule, giving plenty of opportunities to increase your fitness and health.
Fitness Resolution is led by Kimberly Lee on Monday and Thursday nights at 5:15 and 6:15. Human Performance Training is led by Cory Lee with training times on Tuesday at 12 PM and 5:15 PM, Thursday and Friday at 12 PM, and again Saturday at 11 AM. Beginning June 3rd our Fitness Camp for junior high and high school athletes will begin at 8 AM with the focus to increase overall strength, agility, speed, power, and jumping ability. We are excited about all the fitness classes and are grateful for all the support we get. We also now carry nutritional supplements to help you reach your goals, whether you want to lose weight, increase energy, or increase athletic performance in a healthy and safe manner we can help you reach those goals.
