About Our Center

For years, Kimberly and Cory Lee shared a passion for sports and competition. The two were inspired by their love of competitive sports to open a clinic in northern Mississippi, a goal that they worked toward while simultaneously completing graduate degrees. The couple knew the time was right to start their own clinic upon Kim’s completion of a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Pro Therapy opened on September 5, 2012 with seven patients. Kim and Cory created a comfortable atmosphere where patients could feel welcome and at home. They also encourage a friendly relationship between therapist and patient so that rehabilitation can take place as quickly as possible. This ethic has led to strong relationships with patients who regularly refer friends and family to Pro Therapy, causing the practice to quickly grow.

As a physical therapist, Kim Lee primarily cares for the patients. Cory Lee serves as an assistant to Kim while also managing the clinic. In 2015, Pro Therapy added Occupational and Speech Therapy services to be offered to their northern Mississippi community.

Due to high demand, Pro Therapy opened a second location Nettleton, MS in September 2016. This secondary location offers the same high quality physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and dry needling as the original Mantachie location. Pro Therapy Nettleton offers residents in South Lee County and North Monroe County more convenient access to therapy without sacrificing the friendly atmosphere and professional treatment Pro Therapy Mantachie patients have come to know.

Kim and Cory dream of sponsoring community 5K runs as well as local sports teams. In addition to physical therapy, Cory and Kim coach runners. They also work with local high school athletes to improve strength, skill and overall ability.

Our philosophy is simple but impactful: Patients are at the heart of everything we do. From the initial consultation to the follow-up visits, we believe that the pain-relief process starts with a caring team of northern Mississippi physical therapists who go out of their way to listen, process and understand.

After all, you’re more than just another patient through the door: You’re family, a family friend, and/or a unique person who deserves thoughtful, personalized treatment. At Pro Therapy we never fall prey to the one-size-fits-all approach. We’re here to serve your healthcare needs, and doing so requires an intense level of empathy and understanding. To put it simply, excellence is our only option. Anything less is simply not good enough.

How We make it happen

Our primary goal is to improve your quality of life and restore your potential. Pain relief is the first step in that process, so we begin by looking at your specific problem from every angle. Our team of Northern Mississippi physical, occupational, and speech therapists will approach your case with expertise and work together to create a treatment plan that addresses all your needs. What’s more, we do all of it in a spa-inspired environment that’s nothing short of world class. It’s all about your comfort and satisfaction. Welcome to the future of Chula Vista physical therapy.

  Kim & Cory Lee

Cory Lee, LPTA, holds an Associate degree from Itawamba Community College and is currently one of only four PTAs in Mississippi who has been recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association with Recognition of Advanced Proficiency in Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy. An athlete in high school, Cory pursued active lifestyle tutoring himself in fitness, diet and nutrition. Alarmed at the growing rate of obesity in their home state of Mississippi, Cory and his wife Kim want to work with the community of Mantachie to influence health and wellness through active lifestyles.

Kimberly Lee, DPT, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of North Alabama and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. A native of North Mississippi, Kim and her husband Cory long dreamed of serving the people of Mississippi.

We develop a customized plan to get our clients moving and keep them moving.
