08 Jul Human Performance Training
Several months back we began a fitness class that we call Human Performance Training with the intentions to provide a group fitness class designed to be challenging yet scalable to any fitness level. What does that mean? Well, we wanted Human Performance Training to be an all levels workout class that did not use big machines found in a normal gym, but with equipment and body weight movements we perform every day.
We scale our workouts to challenge everybody, no matter the level of fitness. So, an elite athlete can be in the same class as someone just beginning their fitness journey who decided the day before to spend one hour of their time exercising instead of sitting on the couch. They both get a beneficial workout. Every workout is different and rarely will we perform the same workout.
Human Performance Training is for all individuals but especially: if you love fitness but do not know how to program your own routine, dislike the impersonal gym atmosphere, have plateaued or gotten bored with your workout routine, or looking to improve your performance in any sport. Our desire at Pro Physical Therapy is to help you reach your goals. We believe in developing friendships and community to help inspire and motivate. Our current class schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 12 pm, Tuesday night at 5:15, and Saturday Morning at 9am. We would love for you to join us!
We also offer a fitness class called Fitness Resolution on Monday and Thursday at 5:30 at the track beside Mantachie High School and at Ballard Park in Tupelo on Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8:30am. We offer nutritional advice to help you achieve your fitness goals. To find out more about all our services contact us at Pro Physical Therapy at 662-282-4949.
